Each bedroom is individually styled and furnished. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, tea and coffee tray, direct dial telephone, satellite TV (11 channels), hairdryer, safe, pure cotton linen and radio alarm. |

*When a group booking of 4 or more rooms is made, we require full payment 30 days in advance depending on group size and timing of reservation.

Cancellation charges are levied under the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than ten days prior to arrival: no charge.
- Ten days prior to arrival: 10% cancellation charge.
- A further 10% per day will be levied for every day up until the day prior to arrival, when the cancellation charge will be 100% of the value of the booking.
- Non arrivals will be levied at 100% of the value of the booking.
- We suggest that all travelers take out cancellation insurance in the event of illness or other events which would prevent a traveler from taking up the booking. We will be pleased to render an invoice to your insurers in the event of a claim. We always confirm cancellations in writing. Please demand written acknowledgement that we have accepted your cancellation, as this is the only proof of cancellation we will accept.
- Our parking area is rented from the local school. We levy a parking charge per vehicle per day which benefits the school fund.
- Unconfirmed rates are subject to change.
- When group bookings are made, please enquire for special cancellation conditions
